Services

Capital City Flooring provides flooring installation, hardwood refinishing, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and related home improvement services in the Austin, TX area. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project.

Estimates and Pricing

• Free estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not binding contracts
• Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions discovered during work
• All prices are in US Dollars and subject to applicable taxes
• Payment terms will be specified in your project contract

Project Contracts

All projects require a signed contract specifying scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. The contract supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.

Warranties

• We provide a lifetime warranty on our installation workmanship
• Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation
• Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work
• Material deposits are non-refundable once orders are placed with suppliers
• Changes to project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and project information
• Clearing work areas of furniture and personal items (unless furniture moving service is contracted)
• Ensuring access to work areas and utilities
• Securing pets during installation
• Making timely payments according to contract terms

Limitation of Liability

Capital City Flooring's liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Capital City Flooring and protected by copyright laws.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with Texas law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
